WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Our working hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm & 9:00pm to 2:30am IST, Monday to Friday.
We are live for 16+ hours to serve our customers all over the world.
DO YOUR OFFER ONLINE PERSONALISED ACCOUNT FOR OUR ORDERS MANAGEMENT?
Yes, if you are committed to send regular orders to us, we do offer your own personalised login account on our GD24x7 Live Portal through which you will be able to manage your all past as well as future projects along with estimates. Through Live Portal, you will be able to access your order files at anytime, from anywhere.
HOW CAN I SEND MY ORDERS WITH GLOWDESIGNS ?
You can submit orders with us in two ways. (1) Please email your order to – project@glowdesigns.in along with your PO number OR (2) You can submit your orders or edit requests or Quote Requests through your personalised login account on our GD24x7 Live Portal.
HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO COMPLETE MY JOB ?
Our turn-around time for delivery is : 24 Hours except Holidays and Weekends. However, our best try to deliver jobs within 2-8 hours. In case of Rush Jobs, Please mention time line in your email, so we can consider your project as a priority project. We do not charge extra for any Rush Project.
WHAT IS YOUR PROJECT EDIT POLICY?
We offer FREE unlimited edits upto 3 months for each project you submit with us.
CAN I CANCEL MY PROJECT IF REQUIRED?
Yes. you can cancel your Project. Kindly send your cancellation request within 30 minutes from the time of an Acknowledgement Email, we send you. After that, Cancellation request may not be considered and
Customer is liable to make payment for project.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE INVOICE OF MY PROJECT?
Our Billing system is used to generate invoices every 2nd & 4th Saturday of each Month.
Customer may receive Invoice by Monday. If customer wants invoice earlier than this,
he can send request to accounts@GlowDesigns.in with PR# & Customer ID.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS ?
We accept payments through PayPal or Credit Card or Checks. PayPal ID & Check mailing address are mentioned in our Invoice. For online payment, you will see payment options icon in the invoice, which will forward you to online payment gateway page which shows available payment options. To make invoice payment, please choose your preferred payment gateway option.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ?
Doing business with us is always safe. We value your money and time. We assures full refund of job value to our customers on rejection of job we did for them. Refund will be processed with 24-48 business hours. Alternatively, on customer’s request, we keep refund amount with us and adjust the same against future invoices.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY ?
We value your relationship with us. We know how important your data is. Your projects / jobs are always remain confidential with us. We never share your jobs or your client’s details with any third party entity. We never share or sale your contact information to other companies or individuals. We are also committed to keep your all conversations fully confidential.
